And as your company grows, we're here to make sure scaling up is an affordable investment that makes sense.

Our new Business plan is all about giving fast-growing teams that extra boost. It's for those seeking tighter security, more room for files, and unlimited automation on tap, all without the enterprise-grade price tag. On top of everything already included in our Free and Team plans, the Business plans offers:

• SAML SSO: Sign in to Height securely using Single Sign-On (SSO) from popular providers like Okta, Azure, Auth0, and more.
• Attribute and automation locking: Prevent unauthorized changes to automations and custom attributes by locking them.
• Unlimited custom automation + 500 runs/member, pooled monthly: Automate and streamline workflows with infinitely customizable sequences.
• Up to 1GB file uploads: Attach larger files, images, and documents to tasks for easy sharing and reference.
• Restricting authentication by domain: Allow only users with specific domain email addresses to access your workspace.
• Priority support: Get expedited response times and first-in-line assistance from our support team.

Plans that scale with you

The Business plan joins our lineup of pricing plans, each customized to cater to different stages of your company’s growth:

• Our Free plan delivers all the core Height features and capabilities and is suited to teams taking their first step into project management.
• For smaller companies between 1 and 50, the Team plan is designed to expand usage to support multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• The new Business plan best serves teams of 50+ looking to power company-wide collaboration from one central hub.
• The Enterprise plan offers large companies (1000+) the fine-grained permission controls, advanced security, and personalized support they need.

In any plan, you have access to our latest and greatest Copilot AI features, plus the full package of project management essentials from integrations, visualizations, to chat, and more.

FAQ

I already have a Height account. What’s changing for me?

If you created a Height workspace before July 26th, here’s what has changed for you based on your current plan:

Free plan:

• You can manage workspace admin access from Workspace settings → Users.
• You can upload files up to 50MB.
• You can set up 5 custom automations.

Team plan:

• You can now designate up to 5 workspace admins.
• You can upload files up to 100MB.
• You can set up 20 custom automations.

Enterprise plan:

• You can set up SAML SSO for your workspace.
• You can designate unlimited workspace admins.
• You can upload files up to 5GB.
• You can set up unlimited custom automations.
• You now have a dedicated account manager to support you with all things Height and project management.

Subscription prices for Team and Enterprise plans remain unchanged.

How do I upgrade to the Business plan?

To upgrade to Business, go to Workspace settings → Billing, click Upgrade, and fill in your payment details.

If you’re upgrading mid-cycle from a Team plan, payments will be prorated based on your usage this month and you’ll be charged just the difference. For subsequent billing cycles, your invoices will reflect the Business plan cost.

If we upgrade our plan, does it apply to all our workspaces?

Each workspace is billed individually, so you’ll need to upgrade each one as needed.

Can I try the Business plan before upgrading?

When will the pricing plan changes go into effect?

The pricing plan changes will take effect starting July 26th across all Height workspaces.

Are automations still available for all plans?

All workspaces can use automations. Your plan will inform how many custom automations you can set up and how many automation runs are available every month. Learn more.

*NOTE: While in beta, limits aren’t enforced and automations will continue to run without interruption past the limit.

What happens if I go above my plan limits?

If you're about to go over your plan's limits, you'll be asked to upgrade. You can decide to either upgrade or stay within your current plan's limits.
