Introducing list permissions 2.0

You can now invite specific guests and people outside of your organization to a list without making it publicly available. This is the perfect way to add contractors or clients to a list to track project progress and discuss tasks with you.
Once you add a guest, they'll receive an email invitation with a link to sign up and join the list. More info here.

We've heard you have a need for speed, and have added support for control+J, control+K, or control+H, control+L for faster task navigation across the app.

Improvements & bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where tasks disappeared from the Inbox if you updated them there.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the text to wrap when changing the name of the task in the sidepanel.
  • Moved Google authentication for the mac app to happen in the default browser and redirect back to the app.
  • Fixed an issue where replying to a long message on a task moves the send chat button.
  • Added ? shortcut to open the command menu and show some sample shortcuts.
  • You can now hit enter to create a new task even if no task is currently selected.
  • Added the Download macOS app link to the Help menu.
  • Added create and add keywords to the cmd-K menu.
  • Made code blocks more visibly apparent.
  • Fixed padding around images and blockquotes.
  • Fixed the border radius for large user pictures.
  • Added support for switching workspace from the cmd-K menu.
