Lists permissions
Many of you asked to restrict lists to some members only.
It is now possible through the Share button.
- Workspace access: lists have workspace access enabled by default, which means every member has access to the list. Disable it to gain more granularity.
- Public access: enable public access to share a list outside your workspace and invite guests to collaborate with your team.
Reorder sections
While using Group by, sections can now be reordered to match your workflow.
Reverse linked task attribute
Last week, we shipped linked task attributes. They're really useful to create dependencies, stories, epics, and link tasks together.
Now, you can enable the reverse relationship. For example: you can have an attribute named Blocked by, and enable the reverse relationship called Blocking.
Improvements
- Linked tasks now post status updates in the chat when tasks are being linked together.
- When the task name is changes, a status update is now posted in the chat as well.
- #private lists now use the same permission system as the other lists, which made them real-time as well.
Bugs fixes
- Fixed "Selecting a task that is at the edge of the tasks list doesn't select it"
